My name is Myah. Doula, Birth Activist, Mother.
I am a woman (she/her) of Caribbean and British heritage. I am a lover of cooking, music, singing, dancing, and joy. I am a fully trained doula with experience working in community engagement, particularly with Black perinatal women.
My doula journey began during the pregnancy of my first child in 2021 when I learnt of the challenges laid ahead for me as Black perinatal woman. I began my official doula training in 2023, combining both elements of the birth world and Black liberation, to finally form The ReBirth Space. Discover more about my story here.
