What is it?

A series of 1-1 sessions designed to discover and confidently implement your desired birth choices. These sessions have everything you will need to make informed choices so that you walk into birth feeling prepared and empowered.

What’s included?

4x face-to-face sessions (virtual or otherwise) delivered during your pregnancy which cover all there is to know about childbirth and how to prepare for it. Sessions cover topics from physiological birth to medical interventions, and packing your hospital bag.

Birth plan curation once birth preparation sessions are complete. Design and envision your ideal birth scenario with a carefully crafted birth plan. This can be used to communicate your preferences to medical professionals and your birth team.

Postpartum preparation for the days following childbirth. From infant feeding to infant sleep to social support, there is a lot prepare for in the early days after childbirth. You will discover what to expect, what support you will need, and how to ask for this support.

Postpartum plan curation once postpartum preparation sessions are complete. Design and envision your ideal postpartum scenario with a carefully crafted postpartum plan. This can empower you to communicate your preferences to family members and loved ones, creating a supportive network around you in the early days of new parenthood.
