Antenatal support whilst attending appointments and making choices that are important to you and your family. The full doula package entails having an advocate on your behalf, exploring options freely and giving you space to make decisions that are in alignment with you.
Birth preparation sessions designed for you and your birth preferences. Where would you like to give birth? Who would you like to be present? Do you know what to expect? Journey with The ReBirth Space and begin to envision your desired birth experience. You will be supported to make a plan that honours your birth preferences and prepares for unexpected scenarios, ensuring that your voice is heard and centred regardless of the outcome.
Postpartum visits to further support your transition into new parenthood. Your body needs time and space to recover and a supported network to ensure this is so. A doula can offer you this support with home-cooked meals, emotional support, permission to rest and signposting wellness services.
Birth attendance during your transition into new parenthood. This is an important, sacred transition into your new parenthood journey and with a doula on your side, your experience is sure to be protected and honoured, allowing you to experience birth and labour safely and freely.
Feeding support as you discover your new baby’s needs and cues. Infant feeding comes with a lot of information, and you deserve to be supported as you navigate choice-making and any challenges that arise. A doula supporting you during postpartum can support you with whatever arises, perhaps even signposting to appropriate services in necessary.
